Creating your Rememory Portrait starts with the perfect photo.

Follow these simple tips to help us bring your memory to life:

Clear Front-Facing Photo (Required)

Half-Body (2.4") - The photo should clearly show the person's face and upper torso.

Full-Body (4.7") - Use a full shot from head to toe, standing or in a natural pose.

Please avoid blurry images or anything covering the face.

Seated Poses

We can also craft seated full-body figures (approx. 3.1"), whether it's a single person or a couple.

Additional Reference Photos (Optional)

Upload your main photo during checkout. If you'd like to share extra reference pictures, feel free to email them to us after placing your order - it helps us capture every detail beautifully.

Photo Quality

We want your portrait to feel alive. If your photo isn't clear enough, our team will reach out to ensure the final result truly honors your loved one.

Glasses

No worries - glasses will be included in your model, just like in real life.

Accessories

For full-body figures, we recommend avoiding large accessories (like backpacks or handbags) so the focus stays entirely on the person.

Share one clear, high-quality photo of your loved one - it can be a family member, a friend, or someone you deeply miss.

For the best results: use a front-facing photo for Half-Body (2.4") portraits, or a full standing photo (head to toe) for Full-Body (4.7") designs.

We Bring Your Memory to Life

Once you upload the photo, our skilled 3D artists carefully recreate every detail - from the posture to the smallest facial expression - to craft an ultra-realistic resin portrait that feels alive.

Your Memory, Forever Captured

Each piece is printed with precision and finished by hand, ensuring it becomes a timeless keepsake that preserves the memory of your loved one for years to come. 

Photo Approval = Production Starts

We only start crafting after you receive our photo-approval email.

This ensures the best and most accurate result.

Because each 3D figure is a fully personalized piece, production begins immediately after your order is placed.

For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds once the purchase is confirmed

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your figure arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos, and our team will gladly offer a replacement or a suitable solution.

Minor aesthetic differences are not considered defects, as an exact likeness cannot be guaranteed and depends on the quality and lighting of the photo provided. Each piece is handcrafted - these small variations make your figure truly unique and meaningful.
